Corbett National Park is the oldest national park of India which was established in 1936 as Heaily National park. The park is the home of more than 600 species of birds of 600 species of plants and a lot of wild animals. Park has spread in 520.8 km which falls in Nainital and Pauri district and it has been divided into 5 zones and 1 buffer zone which are Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Durga devi and Sitabani ( Buffer zone ) these all are eco tourism zone by which you can explore the Corbett National Park. Corbett administration conducts jeep and canter safari to explore the different zone of corbett national park. Canter safari is only allowed in Dhikala in this order you will get 2 canters in the morning at 6 o’clock which will return at 12 and 2 go at 12 which will return at 6 in the evening Jeep safari takes 4500(in one jeep safari 6 persons and 2 children who are below 12 can go) and canter safari will cost you 1500 per person.
