Day 1 DELHI TO CORBETT :
Start off you journey from Delhi to Ramnagar, it will take some 6 hours to reach Ramnagar, By 1:00 pm you reach Corbett. Check in your resort and have lunch. Get ready at 2:30 Pm; you have to leave for the Jungle safari this time. Corbett Tiger reserve is very popular for the Royal Bengal tiger. This park has the highest numbers of tigers in the world. Once you are inside the park your safari is on. You can find here 55 species of mammal, 580 species of birds and about 26 species of reptiles. Jungle safari will last till 6:00 Pm, after that the jeep will drive you back to the resort. Tomorrow you will ride an early morning Jungle safari. You have to get ready at 5: Am
Day2- MORNING SAFARI/DRIVE TO NAINITAL :
Wake up early in the morning and get ready for the Jungle safari. Early morning is considered to be the best time to spot the animals, specially The tiger. You are surely going to have a tiger inside. After coming back from the forest you should get ready to leave for Nainital at 11:00 Am.
It is a 2:30 hour drive from Ramnagar to Nainital. You will reach Nainital by 1:00 Pm The route is covered with lush green fields and forest. Nainital is very beautiful hill station to visit. Check in your resort, have your lunch and some rest too. By 4:30 Pm you get ready to explore Nainital. Nainital has a lot of places to visit; some of the best places where we are going to make you visit are given below:-
Eco cave Garden : Famous for its interconnected rocky caves, hanging gardens and the musical fountain. The eco cave garden is set up to give tourists a glimpse of the natural habitat of the Himalayan wildlife by constructing different caves for different animals similar to their natural home. The most popular caves are panther cave, tiger cave, apes cave, Bat cave, Fox cave etc.
Naini Lake :Nesteled amidst the township of Nainital, Naini Lake is a beautiful natural fresh holy lake. Bounded by Naini peak on the North West, Tiffen point in the South west and snowy peaks on the North. The Naini Lake offers a beautiful and serene view of the town, especially during the early morning and sunset.
Snow View Point : This is one more beautiful place to visit around, at an altitude of 2270m above sea level is one of the prettiest spot of Nainital Area. As the name suggests, snow view point offers a panoramic view of the mighty Himalayas draped in a blanket of milky white snow. The picturesque view of three important peaks Nanda Devi, Trishul and Nanda Kot can be seen from this point.
Tiffin Top :a very popular spot in Nainital. Tiffin top is located on Ayarpatta hill, this offers a glorious and complete view of Nainital town and surrounding hills of Kumaon region amidst the calm and serene environment. Tiffin top is a delight for photographers. This ought to be visited by everyone who enjoy the natural beauties and love capturing the sacred beauty of it.
Tiffin top is the name assigned after people used to have day lunch at the top of the hill on Dorothy’s seat. From the top of it you can have a glimpse of the whole of Nainital and Kumaon hills.
Treakking :There are some options of trekking and paragliding available in this area. Paragliding is available during some seasons of the year.
You can trek to the nearby China peak which is the highest point in the region is not so arduous. As soon as you reach at China peak, it is nothing less to be in the heaven itself. From there you can have a complete glance of the entire region.
Day 3 NAINITAL TO BHIMTAL-
Today we have to leave for Bhimtal at 9:00 Am after your breakfast. It is about little more than an hour of driving from Nainital to Bhimtal, a completely peaceful and worthy drive, covered with the lush green vegetation. Bhimtal is one of the most beautiful and scenic places of Nainital district and the most visited place too. Check in your resort at 10:15 Am as we are ready to drive you around Bhimtal. Bhimtal Lake: This lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in India, this is located in Bhimtal town there is an island situated in centre of the lake which makes this a prominent attraction for the tourists. This island also includes an aquarium with a variety of fish species and a temple as well. The Bhimtal is the largest lake in the Kumaon region of India, which is also referred as the lake district of India.
Bhimtal Aquarium : What about a charismatic and worthy boat ride to reach up to the island? What lies ahead is even more awe inspiring. This island was once place for a restaurant but today this houses an aquarium created by the Nainital lake authority. A series of species of fishes from abroad could be seen here with beautiful background.
Victoria Dam : This dam is one of the most thrilling sights in Bhimtal, this is situated in the verge of Bhimtal lake. There are flower gardens on the either side of this, that makes this place look so interesting. Taking a height of 40 ft, this dam attracts tourists in a great numbers.
Hidimba Parvat : This is a lush green terrain located at a favourable distance of 6 km from Bhimtal. The hillock gets its name after world’s longest epic Mahabharat, Hidimba was the second wife of Bhim. This hill also known for Vanbkhandi Maharaj who has a great contribution to the environment.
Nal Damyanti Tal : This is a small natural lake situated in about 2.5km far from Bhimtal. This lake is a placid and transparent and surrounded with the natural greenery. Many consider this holy and sacred.
Hanuman Garhi : Built in 1950, by the Neem Kiroli baba himself. This hillside Hindu temple dedicated to lord Hanuman that offers a stunning sunrise and sunset views. Inside the temple you can see an idol of lord Hanuman portrayed as splitting his chest and showing that lord Rama is residing inside. You are surely going to be blessed with the boons of lord Hanuman.
By the late evening you would have visited all the sight scenes around Bhimtal. Now, this is the time to get back to the resort as you would leave tomorrow after breakfast.
Day 4 Check out
today you are going to check out from Bhimtal and be back to your destination after completing the unforgettable excursion of the trio of places described as in the title. You can leave Bhimtal with the beautiful and evergreen memories in your mind.
